From St. Barth airport to Anse des Cayes, what to expect

Anse des Cayes is a small north-coast bay popular with surfers and locals. The Manapany hotel and a couple of casual restaurants sit on the cove, with calm waters in summer and waves in winter.

From the moment we step out of the SBH terminal, Anse des Cayes is roughly 10 minutes away. The standard fare, before midnight, hovers around 40 euros. After midnight the surcharge is 20 euros, but very few drivers operate that late so we always pre-book in that case.

On Sundays the road is quieter. Fewer drivers work. We plan dinner timing accordingly when we do not have a rental car.
